This resort has been apart of my husband's family for decades . Every year same time a family reunion has became a tradition. The fishing ,kayaking boating is awesome . I got married on the dock in 2021 it was the best place I could picked . Again we visited just 2 weeks ago . Pleased as always. Eric @ his wife along with his FRIENDLY working dogs do all possible to make this place a safe family oriented place to come each and every year.. LOVE THIS PLACE AND LOOK FORWARD TO 2023 !!!!
A very clean cabin. Just beautiful inside Cabin 17. A wonderful quiet Resort. Great fishing on the lake AND off the docks .
We stayed in the Aurora! It was Beautiful, nicer than my own home!! Loved the community atmosphere the owners (Eric and Heidi) provided throughout the campground. The free amenities and the fishing were awesome and I loved the reading shack My family couldn't get enough of the kayaks and waterbikes! The boat rentals were reasonable too, my son's took advantage of it!
Overall great place to stay and our cabin was nice. Very family friendly cabin resort. Our cabin could sleep 10 people if needed with 4 beds and a sofabed. Convenient dock right nearby for our boat. Coffee maker was nice to have, and the fish cleaning station worked perfectly for us. We had to sleep under a fitted sheet the first night because our bedding was left on the deck outside and we didn't see it in the dark when we arrived and walked in the front door... Cpl little quirks about our place, shower would leak icy cold water on our feet while showering and the toilet would cycle continuously. Overall would certainly recommend though.
We have stayed at Edgewild 5 summers and it’s our absolute favorite vacation spot. We’ve stayed in 4 different cabins and they have all been perfect. They are clean and well maintained. They are near the water for easy access but still tucked in the trees for an absolute beautiful experience. If you’re looking for a resort that gives you the true MN experience but still the comforts of home, I highly recommend Edgewild Resort
We've been coming here for around 7 years. The owners are so friendly and are around to help with anything. The cabins are clean and have wifi, tv, heat, and air conditioners for any weather. Boats and pontoons to rent. Beach and plenty of water equipment. Peaceful and beautiful area
My husband and I have been coming here for years. And we'll continue coming back as long as they're here! The cabin is cozy, it's well equipped for "home" cooking, and the beds are comfortable. Fishing is good. Eric and Heidi are terrific hosts. There's shopping close to the resort, and yet the call of the loons each evening make you feel like you're a million miles from nowhere. Edgewild is a perfect place to unwind, relax and regroup.
We found this place six years ago and we have come back every year since!! This place is a little slice of heaven. The lake is amazing, the cabins are perfect, and Eric and Heidi are the best owners. If you’re looking for a place that blends nostalgia and can keep three kids under 13 happy and busy, this is the place for you!
